    Where exactly is the event?+
    Payne Arena Outdoors, Hidalgo, TX. The whole show is staged on the outdoor grounds — bring sunglasses and shoes you don't mind getting painted.
    What time do doors open?+
    VIP & Ultra get express early entry. Doors and full schedule will drop closer to the date — keep an eye on PayneArena.com and our socials.
    Is this 21+?+
    The event is all ages with parental discretion. The Ultra Experience and 21+ lounge are 21+ only — you'll be carded at the wristband checkpoint.
    What's actually included with VIP vs. Ultra?+
    VIP gets you in fast with a paint bottle, backpack, poncho and sticker. Ultra is full access — private 21+ lounge, comp drinks, two paint bottles, a limited tee, and ride access (ferris wheel + water slide).
    Can I bring my own paint?+
    No outside paint allowed. Official neon paint will be available on-site. VIP & Ultra packages already include bottles.
    Are tickets refundable?+
    All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred up until day of show.
